Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.

These are the words of Mahatma Gandhi, but these are just words in the present scenario....
I don't know what happened, what went wrong, what is wrong, what is going wrong we admire the words, the thoughts, the principles of Mr Gandhi, but we refuse to practice them at all...
We don't have the will to practice them? we don't have the strength to follow Mr Gandhi?
Our thoughts are feeble, our wishes are very weak, we lack in strength and energy....?

None of the above are true...

We Indians are very strong in all the respects but fail to recognize them.

The world will see India as one of the best, civilized, cultured, developed nation very soon.

One's first step in wisdom is to question everything - and one's last is to come to terms with everything.

The Pledge..... in school is for scool childlife only? or for life?

India is my country & all Indians are my brothers and sisters.
I love my country and I am proud of its rich and varied heritage;
I shall always strive to be worthy of it.
I shall give my parents, teachers and all elders respect and treat everyone with courtesy.
To my country and my people, I pledge, my devotion.
In their well-being and prosperity alone, lies my happiness.

How many times a year we took this pledge ?
How many years we took this pledge ?
I remember this from my first standard ....... at least 10 long years.

This is something strange which I have noticed in my 5 years of experience after I left my school.
Many circumstances have forced me to think, think and re-think these statements and every time I got very good meanings of these statements.

But...
The cultivated,
The developed,
The nourished,
The valued,
The respected,
human values are limited to the paper? or only a pledge?

I really don't know...
